Instead of eating chips and crackers for a snack, replace them with fruit and veggies. The real challenge here is to follow through. If you are able to follow through then slowly but surely you will see results, 3500 calories = 1 pound of fat. Once you start keeping a log of the calories you are taking in then you will know how many you're going to need to burn off. Remember, exercise is an important weight loss tool that will always benefit you and your routine.
